Our IT solution includes business hours Network and Server support. A member of our team will be available 5 days (Mon – Fri) a week to accept and address inbound support issues. We will also manage all software and platform updates, backups, and bug fixes remotely during non-business hours at an additional cost. Your package also includes Remote / on-site support, during the first two months of service we will inventory your hardware and software and configure your systems for remote support.
The Network Managed Service product is made of three service options
Bronze is a basic ʻpingʼ service for ʻup/downʼ monitoring of network equipment with unlimited remote support

Gold is an inclusive comprehensive managed network solution, comprising the base service of silver with additional monitoring, reporting and management capabilities. The Advantage service option is suitable for clients who require a greater level of support to manage their network as it provides extensive performance and traffic monitoring and detailed reporting analysis.
